Due to the nature of our products and because we are a small independent business, all sales are final.
If your purchase arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the best solution.

Appointment, Service & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund.
Whenever possible, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for other scheduled clients.
Classes, Workshops & Certification Courses
Due to limited seating, preparation, and immediate access to educational materials, registration fees for classes, workshops, certification courses, and digital educational content are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
