Product Refunds
We do maintain a no-return policy for products within the shop. As a small independent store, we do not operate the same way as major retail chains and are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to shop small, support local, and understand the importance of helping independent businesses thrive. However, if there are any issues with any of our products please let us know so we are aware of the full details concerning your purchase.
Service Refunds
For cancelations please do so within 24 hours for a full refund, refunds will NOT be offered for no-shows. For rescheduling, please respectively do so within 48 hours to open up session times for others! Being on time for your scheduled session is a must and is greatly appreciated to ensure the efficiency of your scheduled time. If a client arrives late, the missed time will not be extended in consideration to the following shop opening or client's scheduled session time.
Course Refunds
For Courses: Due to all of my course content being fully accessed once enrolled I do not accept refunds. But if there are any issues or concerns these can be discussed in full detail.
